Quality Counts is required for livestock exhibitors with the exception of peewee exhibitors.  Homemaking and Farm Shop exhibitors are no longer required to complete the Quality Counts program prior to entry. Exhibitors must complete Quality Counts again as they change age/grade divisions (Junior - Grade 3-5; Intermediate - Grade 6-8; Senior - Grade 9-12). 

You MUST use a different/unique email address for each exhibitor to complete Quality Counts (state rule, not a KKJLS rule).
