**REMINDERS**

These are just a few highlights of changes that will impact online entries.  Please consult the complete list of Rules & Regulations for details of these and other changes. 
 

• Entry deadline is by 11:59 pm on November 1.  Late entries (with an added late fee) will be accepted until 11:59 pm on December 1.
• Adult Homemaking will NOT entry through Showorks.  All entries and fees will be processed at the time of check-in on the designated date on the Schedule of Events. 
• All Farm Shop exhibitors must complete an online entry.  Project specifics (farm shop category, type/class, and team members) will not be required until validation in December. 
• All poultry exhibitors are required order a minimum of 25 birds (but can order more).  Birds may be co-mingled after distribution to create a family pen (as defined in the Rules & Regulations). 
• Quality Counts is only required for livestock exhibitors with the exception of peewee exhibitors.  Homemaking and Farm Shop exhibitors are no longer required to complete the Quality Counts program prior to entry. 

•  All livestock exhibitors (except peewee exhibitors) will need to enter their Quality Counts number into Showorks during online entries.  These numbers will be verified by the County Extension Office or Ag Science Teachers. There are 3 levels of Quality Counts:  Junior (3rd - 5th grade), Intermediate (6th - 8th grade), Senior (9th grade and up).  If you have changed levels, you must re-take Quality Counts and be issued a new number. Peewee, Farm Shop and Homemaking should enter 999 as their Quality Counts number. 
• The show is replacing paper season gate passes with windshield stickers.  Exhibitors will NOT be provided with a complimentary season pass.  Exhibitors/families may purchase up to 3 season gate passes(windshield stickers) during online entry.  If you do not purchase a season gate pass online with your entry, you will be able to purchase them on-site at the gate during the show for $20 each (per vehicle).  Additionally, a day pass may be purchased at the gate during the show for $10.
